Vaishnavi Services provides doorstep repair and servicing for home appliances including LED/TVs, washing machines, microwave ovens, refrigerators, and air conditioners within Aurangabad and surrounding serviceable areas. Service availability for a specific locality is confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the contact form on this website. A visit/diagnosis charge may apply, which is communicated before the technician's visit and is typically adjusted into the final repair bill if you proceed with the repair.
After diagnosing the appliance, our technician will share an estimated repair cost. Repair work begins only after you approve this estimate. Final charges may vary slightly if additional issues are discovered once the appliance is opened, and any such variation will be communicated to you before proceeding.
We aim to use genuine or quality-equivalent spare parts. If a specific part needs to be sourced, the technician will inform you of the expected cost and timeline. Customers may request to see the replaced part where practically possible.
Repairs carried out by Vaishnavi Services are covered under a service warranty on labour and on parts replaced by us, for a duration mentioned on your service bill at the time of the visit. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power fluctuation, accidents, unauthorised tampering, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
While we take due care during every repair visit, Vaishnavi Services shall not be liable for pre-existing faults not disclosed at the time of booking, or for damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of the specific service charge paid for that visit.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked service visit by informing us in advance through phone, WhatsApp, or email. Repeated cancellations close to the scheduled time may affect future booking priority.
This website is provided for the purpose of informing visitors about our services and enabling enquiries or bookings. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access or submitting false information through the contact form.
