These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.prodiamondpackers.com and the packing and moving services offered by Pro Diamond Packers & Movers (a proprietorship of Brijesh). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Pro Diamond Packers & Movers provides domestic packing and relocation services primarily in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. All transportation is carried out by road. We do not offer international moving or air cargo services. Consequently, we do not require an IATA licence for our operations.

2. Quotes and Bookings

  • Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply (volume, access conditions, dates, etc.). Final charges may vary if the actual scope differs significantly from the information given.
  • A booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on scope, approximate cost and schedule, and (where applicable) receipt of any advance payment requested.
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking if we cannot adequately service the request or if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the items to be moved, access conditions (lifts, stairs, parking), and any restrictions at both origin and destination.
  • Ensure that items prohibited by law or by our policy (hazardous materials, illegal items, perishables requiring special handling, etc.) are not included in the shipment unless previously agreed in writing.
  • Be present or nominate an authorised representative at both ends for supervision, inventory checks and handover.
  • Make payment as agreed. Delays in payment may affect scheduling or release of goods.

4. Our Responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Carry out packing, loading, transportation and unloading with due care using appropriate materials and trained personnel.
  • Communicate important changes in schedule or scope as soon as practicable.
  • Handle your belongings responsibly within the limits of the agreed service.

5. Liability and Limitations

  • While we take care to protect your goods, moving involves inherent risks. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law and any specific written agreement between us.
  • We recommend that high-value or fragile items be declared in advance and, where appropriate, covered by suitable insurance arranged by you.
  • We are not liable for delays or damage caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, extreme weather, traffic restrictions, building access issues not previously disclosed, etc.).
  • Claims for loss or damage must be notified to us in writing as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, and in any event within the time limits permitted by law.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please inform us at the earliest. Cancellation charges, if any, will be communicated based on the notice period and costs already incurred. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for general information about our services. It does not constitute a binding offer.
  • You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with other users.
  • All intellectual property rights in the website content belong to us or our licensors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
